FAULTY GOODS
If you have received a faulty item within 30 days of receipt:
We offer a full money back guarantee or exchange for all items identified as faulty within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a refund, or subject to availability a replacement for a faulty item, please fill out the form in the Contact Us section of our website or email us directly at [email protected], In your communication, include your name, order number (if available), a description of the fault, and, if possible, attach a picture illustrating the issue. Depending on the situation, we may request the return of the item with its original packaging. Rest assured, we will cover the cost of postage for returns up to the price of a Royal Mail Recorded service.
For items that become faulty after 30 days:
Items that become faulty after 30 days from receipt may still qualify for a refund or replacement, subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that no modifications should be made to any parts of the product. To request assistance, fill out the form on the Contact Us section or email us at [email protected], including your name, order number (if available), and a detailed description of the issue. If required, we may ask for the item to be returned in its original packaging. We will refund the cost of postage for such returns up to the price of a Royal Mail Recorded service only.
UNWANTED ITEMS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have fourteen days from the date of delivery to notify us. Please inform us by filling out the form on the Contact Us section or by emailing [email protected] with your name and order number (if available). Following your notification, you will have another fourteen days to return the item to us. Upon receiving the goods in an “as new” re-sellable condition, we will issue a complete refund. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage costs, and we recommend using a tracked service such as Royal Mail Recorded.
Processed Film Orders
If the processed film has no scannable exposed images or is unexposed, we will refund, for the additional services that we are unable to provide, i.e scans or prints, the developing costs will not be refunded. Refunds can only be processed within 180 days of the original payment date.
Order Cancellation
If for any reason you need to cancel your order in full or part, prior to the service or product being processed, we will refund you in full for the product or services cancelled.
Shipping
We hold no responsibility for the shipping of your film to us. The quality and type of shipping is at the discretion of the sender and therefore we cannot be liable for any damage, loss or delay in receiving your order to us. We will endeavour to help recover lost items and on occasion when we cannot or do not receive your items we will refund you. We also hold no responsibility for the damage or loss of your parcel whilst here or once leaving our premises. We will endeavour to package your parcel securely and safely but we will hold no liability for damage or loss that may occur in transit to the customer once more.
