If your 35mm film(s) are blank, you will be entitled to a partial refund. We will email you to let you know what may have happened and how to receive your partial refund.

Unfortunately, we do not accept soaped/experimental films as this ruins our chemicals and could ruin other people films. Therefore, we kindly ask not to send us soaped films.

For Black & White 35mm films we certainly can! This comes at a small extra fee of £2.00 per pushed film. When ordering your B&W film developing selected the pushed film option and just add the information, detailing the film you that needs pushing, and what ISO/ASA you shot this film at so we can make the right calculations. For Colour 35mm films we don’t push or pull these. Our colour film developer runs at a single speed, so we are not able to change the length of time your film spends developing.

Absolutely! Order using the 35mm colour film developing option. You can either send it to us as the entire camera or if your are comfortable, dismantled the camera yourself and send us just the film.

Yes, we can develop and scan half frame films. When ordering please select the half frame option and the number of films that have been shot half frame.

Yes, you can still get expired films developed. Order them as normal as there are no changes to development times. Things to consider; expired colour films may have some funky/off colours and black & white may have higher grain and less contrast.

Although extremely rare, this unfortunately can still happen. If you have sent us film(s) and haven’t heard from us in a while, please contact us and let us know. If you are worried about films potentially being lost, send us your films with a tracking number or special delivery so we can at least check the locality of your parcel. If your films still haven’t arrived with us and have been lost, we will of course refund you for your order and we will contact you again if it turns up later. We post most items either 48hr Tracked or 24hr Tracked with Royal Mail so you should usually receive your item within 1-2 working days after despatch. We cannot guarantee Royal Mail's delivery times.

We keep your digital images in a secure server for only 1 month, we only keep them for a month in case there's a problem with your digital files or you haven't downloaded your scans within download links expiry date. After one month they are deleted for storage and data protection.

If you wish to have your negatives and prints returned to you with your developing order and want to buy film, simply contact us and we will give you a coupon for free delivery on 35mm film on our retail site. We will then pack your films along with your negatives and prints.
